Too Expensive, decent Service

The customer service is great but the vet is decent. He is nice and knowledgeable about animals but doesn't seem to truly care about the animals. When we bring my cat in he hardly does a thing then charges us for it. I would rate Banfield very very poor on price levels. It is unreasonable expensive. The only thing that was cheap was getting him fixed / neutered. His shots and medicine often run us $75 a visit not to mention the $30/mo fee for the plan.
