They really care
posted 4 years ago
I took my dog, Bam when he had been vomiting and feeling lethargic. Being that it was the weekend, Saturday at about 3-ish, our regular vet clinic was closed, we took him to the nearest clinic we found. Immediately, they escorted us to one of the exam rooms & the vet tech came in to do his initial assessment. She was so sweet to Bam! I love to "baby talk" w/ my pets and I was really glad that she did that, it really helped his anxiety. They were quick in helping us out. As it turns out, he had eaten something his stomach just wasn't liking & they patched my little Bam as best they could. They even gave him a bandana that says, "They saved my life at the Animal Emergency Center of West Houston!" It was a bit expensive, but it was a Saturday so the consults are normally higher than the daily rates. About 2 days after the visit to the clinic, they actually called to ask about Bam and if the medication was doing him good; it was really cool to get a call from them concerning Bam since we don't normally take him there. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets there if I ever needed to. The facility is super clean & spacious. A+
Pros: Great staff
Cons: A bit pricey
