TenderHeart Animal Clinic really is tender hearted!

My husband, myself and 4 cats have formed a wonderful relationship with Dr. Retchloff, Tammy and Kim. They truly care about your pets and respect your relationship with your pets. They answer all questions, even the ones that you think are silly. They explain all care and treatment options including the pros, cons and costs in plain language. They call to check on my cats and send reminder cards about needed vaccinations. If you want excellent vet care and service look no further than TenderHeart Animal Clinic!!

This location is ok. It is usually rather dirty and messy and the staff seems more interested in visiting with eachother than helping customers.
