Binders animal hospital

The doctors seem to be ok but there is at least one incompetant technician. She should not be drawing blood from the animals or cutting their nails. I did notify the owners of my concerns and was more or less just given excuses. Too bad-it's the animals who suffer at her hands and they can not speak up for themselves. I suggest if you go to this vet, stick up for your pets and be aware of every step taken while at the vet. Don't be afraid to ask questions and watch carefully what is being done.

I have been a client of Binder Animal Hospital since we moved to the St. Louis area 15 year s ago. The staff there has always made me feel welcome and any health issues or concerns with my dogs have always been taken seriously. Dr. Karen Felder has taken excellent care of 2 of our dogs, and the vet techs there are all compassionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Binder Animal Hospital to anyone in need of a wonderful staff and excellent animal hospital for their beloved pets.
