Banfield the Pet Hospital

I went to Banfield after we had a disagreement with our old vet. They did an adequate job of helping resolve some skin problems with my dog. But they also are very corporate, and have brochures and computer videos they make you watch that are really too general to be of any real help. Also, I brought my new baby ferret in for an exam and they barely knew how to examine him, after they insisted they were the right place for him. Good care, adequately located in Petsmart for your Dog or Cat, but not much more.

We now are the proud owner of rescued pets: 3 dogs and 4 cats. And the team at Banfield's Manchester, MO location has been with us from the beginning. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are great with both pets and humans! The location is convenient, the services many and the hours are great! Thank you Dr. Chhotu, Dr. Roth, Dr. Fields, Joumana and all the staff at Banfield Manchester, MO! And our pets thank you too!
