I used to live out east, and would frequently have to pay exorbitant amounts of money to our vet (e.g. a $60 office visit fee, even if my cat just got a check up with no tests or medications). Not so at Jones: they don't fleece you. They tell you how it is (best case, worst case scenarios) and do great follow ups.
An example: one of my cats has a persistent urinary tract "issue". Out east, I once spent $900 on a single hospitalization (they kept him for three days). After I moved, it flared up again. I took him to Dr. Jones, who unblocked him, gave me some meds, and put him on a prescription diet. Total cost: maybe $100, if even that. And he hasn't had a flare up in three years.
Pros: no nonsense service
Cons: not a lot...maybe that they're not open 24/7?

I've been seeing Dr. Jones for almost 4 years since I moved to this area. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. His services are very reasonable and you don't need an appointment to see him. It's really great that he hold shot clinics a few times throughout the year so you can immunize pets at reasonable prices. He also gives a discount to multiple pet households.
Pros: Very Clean- Staff is awesome-priced reasonably
Cons: sometimes waiting period is long to see doctor

This is a wonderful place. Both Doc Stricklin and Dr. Falch are extremely nice and knowledgeable. You can tell that the entire staff has a love for animals. I don't think you can find a better place. … more ›
