Pernikoff Doug Dr DVM

I was referred to Dr. Doug when I was trying to treat my 4 year old's pet betta (Fish-Fish) for a bad case of fin rot. I finally state rd looking for a vet to help when the various local fish shops all started giving me way different info and I wanted the opinion of someone with a college education. Dr. Doug has been awesome. He has told me to be sure to call him to update him and has taken he time out of his busy schedule to talk to me directly. And with all the different things he's involved in he must be very very busy. Just he fact that he's willing to deal with a tiny fish when most vets tell you to call the pet store is wonderful. Dr. Doug must truly love all animals to care so much.

I have worked at many vet clinics as I prepared for Veterinary School and this was one of the best places I worked at. Dr. Doug is very knowledgeable and willing to help out everyone. To this end he has spoken at, at least one national conference on exotics. He not only can handle just about any exotic pet you have but he is just as knowledgeable about every day dog and cats. His staff is fun friendly, and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone especially if you have exotics.
