My cat Rock, then 11, started seeing Dr. Nordwall when he got diagnosed with CRF. It seemed like after that Rock developed a new "issue" pretty much every few months for the rest of his life, so I've spent a lot of time and money there. We finally had to euthanize him a couple months ago at almost 17years old due to an unrelated condition but I've spent quite a bit of time at their office, to the point I had them on speed dial for the last 6 months. He and the staff there are genuinely kind, warm and caring...they even stayed open late for me the night I had to euth him. I even asked Dr. Nordwall the horrible vet question "What would you do?" And got a straight answer, which impressed me. I'd highly recommend this place...specifically Dr. Nordwall.
Pros: Clean, wonderful staff, wonderful care, easy parking (for Chicago)
Cons: Stick with one vet there unless you're just coming in for typical shots, etc.
