They were great

This was a life-saver for us once. We found an injured cat while at on lunch-break downtown and had no idea where to go--nowhere near our regular vets. This place was suggested to us--we cabbed over and they took us right away. Took the little guy back and did what they could for him. It's a great relief to know this place is available downtown.

The best vet in the area for cats

The people were wonderful, friendly, informative, gentle, and so many other great descriptive words. They treated Abby like she was a princess, and made her feel very comfortable before giving her the shots. They helped me find a diet for her to keep her healthy as an indoor cat, and showed me ways to clip her nails when I don't have a second pair of hands to assist. I highly recommend any cat owners in Chicago try this place. They even sent me a card thanking me for being a customer, and the cat was customized with a cat just like Abby on the front.
