We like Dr. O'Brien a lot. He takes the time to listen, and to explain things well. We always make sure that we see him when we go in. We've had issues with his associates in the past

Managed to misdiagnose serious health conditions in both my dogs, both would have been fatal had I not sought a second opinion at another hospital. Very profit driven, little support to local shelters, unless of course it profits them.
Pros: nice techs
Cons: misdiagnosed, profit driven to the hilt
