We've gone here once in awhile, and always received prompt, same-day service. The staff has been compassionate and knowledgeable. It seems like they have a number of younger doctors, but also enough experienced doctors for support.

I have used this source for emergency treatment when my regular vet was unavailable. There have always been same-day appointments available. One time my cat was seizing--they took him immediately. They took excellent care, keeping him overnight for observation. They do a lot of tests, tho, which can add up to a lot of money. But I have no qualms about the quality of care when they are needed.
