Good vets

They are extremely clean & efficient - I have total confidence in them. My only concern is: I've been using them about 10 yrs now and the staff does not seem to 'know' my pet - they don't have that "connection" that I've seen at other vets. CSAH is very business like - not very warm.
Pros: extremely clean, knowledgeable staff
Cons: no "connection"
