Everyone is very nice, there are several great vets you can see there, at Pine Ridge Pet Care. I usually see Dr. Hartman or Dr Bear.
They really seem to care about my pets. They will let me get a perscription from them and then get my perscribed item else where for the cheapest price I can.
Their facilities are top notch - they even have hydrotherapy there. If they can't handle something they have connections to someone who can. Best I have found. Dr. Hartman is never in any hurry when he comes into see me. He is very talkative and will take the time to explain things. All the vets I have had there are like that.
Dr. Hartman just goes out of his way to help us out.

Pros: Great staff, place is very clean, they will let you go in the back...that is how clean it is.

Cons: None that I can think of.
