We quit going here. We liked Dr Hedges. He knows a lot about dogs and he was following the new vaccination protocols long before other vets were. Some of his vets left and it started to go downhill. I think he's just too busy. We'd show up and wait in the waiting room for up to 2 hours. We'd wait in the exam room while we heard Dr Hedges in the exam room next to us and it was already way past our appointment time. We'd be there so long our dogs would get stressed and one became vet aggressive. He'd forget things he said or prescribed and the vet techs would be reminding him. He just tries to do too much! We just gave up and switched vets.
