Germantown Animal Hospital

They have been my vet for years. A few years ago Scam was very sick and they did everything in their power to get him well. They even gave me the vets personal phone number in case Scams health worsened throughout the night. Which it did at about 12:00am so I called and the vet answered. He was not upset at all that I woke him up in the middle of the night. He told me what to do and told me to call him back once I did it. Unfortunately, Scam was so sick that it didn't work so he told me they don't perform surgeries there so he gave me the number and address of an emergency clinic to take Scam to immediately. Scam needed surgery as soon as possible so I took him there as soon as I got off the phone with the vet. The vet called me first thing in the morning to find out what was going on with Scam and how he was doing. The clinic continued to make follow up calls for the next few weeks until Scam was given a clean bill health. There were a couple of times I brought Scam to them without an appointment between Scams follow-up appointments because I was nervous and thought he wasn't getting better. They would look at him and tell me everything was going well and never charged me for the unscheduled appointments even though I know it screwed up the appointments they had scheduled during the day. They didn't care. Their top priority is to get your pet healthy no matter what incovenience it may cause them. I've been to a couple of other clinics in the area and they are no where as committed as the Germantown Hospital is to your pet.
