Dr. Bergfeld is a competetent, personable vet

I have been taking my cat and dog to Key West Animal Clinic for a year and a half since I have lived in Iowa. I have been satisfied with Kim Bergfeld. Her partner is not as good with people as she is, and I prefer seeing her than him for this reason. Dr. Bergfeld is personable, professional and knows me and my pets by name, which I appreciate. She takes the time to answer questions.
Pros: One of the two veterinarians; receptionist
Cons: One of the two veterinarians "people skills"

The Dubuque Regional Humane Society is one of the greatest shelters I've ever been to. The animals look healthy, the cages are allways clean, and the staff is very helpfull.
