Excellent K9 Vet
posted 2 years ago
We have german shepherd dogs that do not like going to the vet. Before we found Dr. Jim, our dogs were muzzled, wrestled down on the floor and humiliated by other vets. Dr. Jim has changed all that, he is not afraid of them. We would never take our pets anywhere else. When we had a litter of pups we had a failing one. We were able to save his life with the help of the Drs and staff at Marshall Animal Care. They are wonderful people.
Pros: Very friendly staff, does not muzzle dog for shots
Cons: There are no cons

Wish I could bring MACC to Chicago...
posted 3 years ago
Dr Jim (...and more recently Dr Randy) has been our vet for 15 years. We have been through the "ups and downs" of cats.
When we relocated to Marshall in 1994, Dr Jim graciously took over the care of our two "senior" domestic short-hairs. He sympathetically transitioned use through their late years and ultimately through their final illnesses.
Dr Jim and Dr Randy have continued with us as we added two Devon Rexes to our family to accommodate a daughter's allergies. The breed is a relative "newbie" to their practice, but the staff was welcoming!
Everyone at Marshall Animal Care Center has been, and continues to be, absolutely wonderful. We continue to bring our furry ones back to Marshall for their routine care even though we have again relocated.
Pros: Caring Professional Staff
Cons: none
