Cedar Creek Veterinary & Exotic Bird Clinic

We took sick Budgee in and Dr. Beasley was able to determine in just moments that it had large tumor in abdomen and soon would be dead. We decided to have bird euthanized immediately to prevent further suffering. Total bill came to $112. $42 to examine and $70 to have put to sleep. We had no idea that the euthanization would be so expensive. No heads up from Dr. Beasley. Anyway, loss of bird was already very sad and feeling as if we were taken advantage of in that situation just added more sorrow. Would not recommend to others.

Cons: Extremely expensive!

Dr. Wayne Beasley was very good with my parrotlet. Green Bean liked him and didn't seem traumatized by any of the things Dr. Beasley did including drawing blood. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I've seen too many vets that don't know birds. Dr. Beasley knows birds! I definitely recommend him to any mid-Michigan bird owners.

Pros: very thorough, my birds like him

Cons: expensive but worth it
