I got to see an inside look at this place and the findings were horrific, one of the dogs having surgery woke up in the middle of the surgery and made the most horrific noises. Which I could understand because most of the procedures you are paying a licensed veterinarian to do was actually being done by a vet technician. Which vet techs are not trained to do surgeries. One of the veterinarians clearly said that she would not go into vet medicine again if she had the chance. Clearly, their hearts are not in what they do and I got the overall feeling that no one cared.
