Gives peace of mind knowing they are there

We had to take our diabetic cat to them after he had an insulin crash. Everyone was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They gave him, Tiger, the best possible care. One thing that we really appreciated, was that they called us at all hours of the day or night to give us updates on his condition. Sadly, we still lost Tiger... his diabetes was just out of control and he became too sick, but these people never gave up on him. They even sent us a condolense card after he passed away. They really care about pets and their owners.
