I once had to bring a foster cat to TLC to be put down due to a severe tumor, and Dr. Louge was very nice and to make it as easy as possible he first gave the cat medicine to make him sleep and then gave the medicine to put him down, the cat was able to go in peace and not go out fighting or stressed out. I also like the way the office looks it has a country feel to it, it doesn't feel like a vets office.
