Gateway Animal Clinic

Every experience I have had with the Gateway Animal Clinic has been a good one. The staff is very caring and sympathetic to everyone's needs, they listen to what you have to say, and they take care of the animals as if they were their own.
It's a walk in clinic, no appointment necessary, just first come first serve. It's very organized, even when it's packed with patients. When it is your turn, the doctors do not try to rush through the visit, they take great care in learning what the problem is then finding the best remedy. The costs aren't outrageous, and if the total bill is out of range, they will set up a payment plan.
I am very pleased with the services received by them.

Pros: No appointment is necessary

Cons: They aren't open early enough for working "parents"

Gateway is great. The biggest downside is that you have to wait as there are no appointments. The wait isn't too bad, I've never waited more then an hour. The vets there are very knowledgeable and caring. I always try to see Dr. Bob, he's great. I've been going to the clinic since I got my first dog Sandy, back when it was still attached to the APL. If you want great service at reasonable prices, and don't mind a little waiting then Gateway is the best.
