Always ready to help

posted 6 years ago

Dr Diehl and the rest of the team at Northwest Animal Hospital have been caring for my dog Aspen since I adopted her 10 years ago. I have noticed that it is easier for me to arrange for her check ups than for my own because the staff at the animal hospital works extended hours. Most mornings they are open early. Some days they are open late. Sat. mornings they are in the office (and once when Aspen was very ill the doctor stayed late to treat her even though the office was supposed to close)
If my own doctor were as easy to see, I might be better about getting my own physicals on time!

I have been extremely satisfied with the quality of care that Aspen has received from Dr Diehl and the others at Northwest Animal Hospital and would not hesitate to recommend them.
In writing this review I was supposed to come up with a con. The only thing I could think of that we didn't like was the floors. Aspen finds them a little slippery.

Pros: extended hours

Cons: slippery floors
