The BEST staff ever!!!

I can not say enough good things about NRVH. Dr. Susan Borders strolls on water as far as I'm concerned. Everyone is so patient and knowledgeable. They don't act like I'm crazy even when I KNOW I'm acting a little crazy. I have never had a problem getting in to see a doctor if there is any type of issue that I feel is urgent. I've never felt that I was being taken advantage of financially. They are fabulous with my animals. When I had to make the decision to put my very tired, sick, yet beloved cat to sleep, I was treated with the utmost respect. I have referred several people who are looking for QUALITY vet care to this office and do so without any hesitation.
Pros: Don't even no where to begin! Love everything about them!
Cons: Not a one!
