Smith Gene Dvm

First of all, I have never seen Gene Smith even there. Second of all it is called 'Appalachin Animal Hospital'. Everytime I go I have to wait forever because they don't do the whole 'appointment' thing. The floors are always COVERED in dog hair and urine. The front desk has the rudest people I have ever met and the staff...I don't know how they got through school. The only vet that works there worth going to is Dr. Hagans, he seems to care, but with this place, you never know who you are taking your dog to. I heard a woman in the back yelling for dogs to shut-up and talking about how much she HATED certain breeds and just going on and on. And the worst part? My grandmothers dog was ill a couple of days ago and I called the emergency vet line about 20 times and left urgent messages and NO ONE ever called back. Basically, if you love your pet do not risk taking it to this place.

Cons: It is always dirty and the staff is rude!
