After Hours Pet Emergency Clinic

My Jack Russel was treated at this after hours clinic. I was out of town and my boyfriend's cousin was dogsitting. My dog started having seizures. My boyfriend's cousin took her to this clinic. They would not even see my dog unless they had $ first! Since I was out of town & his cousin was only 17 this put me in a difficult spot. I offered a credit card and they still would not see my dog. We had to get my boyfriend's mom to drive all the way across town to take them money. They did not give me much info over the phone which made my bill grow & grow. I drove all the way from Cleveland, OH. back to Knoxville, TN. for them to tell me my dog would not make it. I wish they would have been honest over the phone instead of waiting so long to let me know what was going on. I think it is wrong to have a dying animal and refuse service until you have $. Even when I was offering a credit card. I will never take another animal here again.

Pros: The nurse was very compassionate.

Cons: Will not treat your animal without $ first.
