Whitworth Animal Clinic Inc

I was a long time client of Dr Whitworth, about 15 years. What made me change vets was his staff. They were unfriendly and unkind. I took my old dog to him until it got to be cumbersome for her to make the trip. I had a vet come to the house to administer her vaccinations. The last time I took her to Dr Whitworth, the staff was to have called the doorstep vet to get her vaccination records. They neglected to do so and when I brought her in the manager said she could not stay because they did not have copies of her records. I asked the staff member if she ever knew me not to get my pets vaccinated in the 15 yrs of attending that vet. Of course she had to say no, but she pushed through my pet as quickly as possible and asked me to pick up my pet immediately. That was the last time I visited there. He lost 8 pet clients that day.
