county line animal hospital

I have been going to this clinic for over 20 years. It used to be Dr. Gordon's clinic when I started.
Even though I feel comfortable with Dr. McMahon, he seems to be in it for the money now. Overbooking appointments makes customers/patients wait a LONG time. The worse part it trying to keep your pet from having a nervous breakdown from all the other animals in the waiting room.
I know he gives quality time when he is with my pets, but the wait is getting unbearable.

In had to have my Shar Pei's ears cleaned and annual shots. It is usually chaotic picking up pets, but today was over the top. Then to get hit with a bill of $235 was mind blowing.

I wish Dr. McMahon would stream-line the checkout process better. But more importantly, REDUCE your prices.

Don't you read? Our economy is in the toilet and we can't afford your fees. Do you really have to charge an office visit on top of the proceedures? It's like being charged twice for a visit. This is why people are hesitant to take their extended family to the doctor's. We can't afford to take ourselves to the family doctor, so more people are giving up on their pets.

Pros: I love Dr. McMahon's way he treats my pets.

Cons: The wait time is getting out of hand.

Everyone there loves the animals and are very helpful to shelters. The staff has gone above and beyond is helping with lost pets.

Pros: Genuinely interested in pet's welfare

Cons: None
