Dr. Moore killed my precious dog Boo Boo. He gave him Deramaxx a drug that gave him ulcers/gastritis. Dr Moore than prescribed him Carafate for the ulcers that the deramaxx. Carafate should of never been given to a dog with kidney issues, a long and very painful story short, my precious Boo Boo died a horrible death because Dr. Moore was not educated enough in medicines to know that Carafate DOES have side effects, even though he swore it did NOT. save your pets just by not going to this vet!! THIS VET WILL KILL YOUR PETS.
