Lakeside Animal Hospital

My dog needed stitches so I brought her after a coupke minutes of "examination" (which i had to pay $50 for) a vet tech comes to me with a list of all the things they were going to do to her, came out to $296 , i immediately freaked out and told her i couldnt pay for that so she(especially whenthey got me for $200 for deworming earlier this month) told me to calm down and put me in an exam room after i analyzed the situation i wasin ileft the room and told the people at the front desk i wanted my dog back and i was going to go elsewhere. It being an emergency they made me a ridiculous amount of time to wait til they printed out a paper for me to sign even after that i was still waiting for my dog which i didnt understand because they did NOTHING to her. These people are horrible THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET OR YOUR TIME the only thing they care about is the MONEY your putting in their pocket. I will NEVER bring a pet here EVER.

I found the office very busy when I first walked in. This did not stop the girls at the front desk from smiling and letting me know I was welcome. I really did not know what to expect. But, everyone from the time I walked in were so caring and nice.
The Doctor was so gentle with Tabby that I felt she knew my baby was scared. The staff was very knowledgeable and let me know everything they were doing. They even called me the next day to check on how Tabby was feeling. I wish my own doctor would take the time to do that. They really seem to care.
This is my vet from now on and I highly recommend them to anyone who loves their pet as much as I do.
