Dr. Nash listens and explains. When I leave, I have a good understanding about what is going on with my dog's health and wellness. I never feel rushed, and I never feel my questions (and I do always have questions) are foolish.
Pros: I ask for Dr. Nash when my dog needs to see a vet.
Cons: none that I can think of
