My favorite Veterinarian ever!

Dr. Henley is my best vet ever. He is very patient when explaining things and will spend tons of time with you.
My cat was very afraid of the vet's office for years. She had gotten to the point of hissing and spitting at anyone who looked at her once we stepped in the door, including me! She was terrified and angry!
While, I am not going to say that she loves the visit, she has calmed tremendously. I give the credit to Dr. Henley and his staff for taking care with her. She still growls and complains, but it is all talk and she no longer bats at people.
Dr. Henley's staff is sometimes lacking in knowledge, but he is a born teacher and will just start teaching at anytime. He explains while he works and guides them as they work. It is an amazing thing to watch/hear.
Pros: Wonderful Vet! Great Customer relations!
Cons: Staff is sometimes not up to par.
