Webb Animal Clinic

My cat hurt her hip and could not walk late on a Saturday evening. I called and could not get her into her usual vet until Tuesday evening. I called Webb because it was close to where we live and they made an appointment for her that same day. I was really nervous because several people have made comments on how horrible the vets in Effingham county are. On the ride over my cat had an accident in her carrier and when we got there the staff was so good with her. They got her and her carrier cleaned up for us and they were really gentle and patient with her. The cost of the visit was very reasonable. I will be taking my dogs there now for their vet visits.

Well, I hope you never have an emergency with your pet at this location. What I mean is, good luck getting anyone to care. The staff has been rude and very short on multiple occasions. In fact, I can't think of a time when I had a pleasant experience here. I just think that if you make this kind of career choice shouldn't it be because you love animals and have a general care about their well being? That just doesn't seem to be the case at Webb's. We take our business to the Effingham Animal Hospital, and their staff and doctors are great! Super friendly and caring, they make you feel like they love your pet as much as you do! They're really great! So if you're thinking of trying Webb's, perhaps give the Animal Hospital in Rincon a try first. You, and your pet, won't be sorry!
