Nice but not nice enough

I find that this animal hospital is not very flexible with hours, or the variety of animals which they accept. I have found that even in an emergency they will not except animals outside of the cat/dog genre. This is unfortunate since serveral people in the area own other more "exotic" pets.
Pros: not really any pros that make it better than anywhere else
Cons: hours of operation are not flexible, only take dogs and cats, staff is no welcomming
