Franci is the ONLY vet I take my pets to. I love how her examination techniques seem more like playing and cuddling than poking and prodding; it makes the dogs feel so much more at ease. Steel always perks up when he hears the word "vet" now. Franci has been his vet since puppyhood. Dr. Kenney is a skilled clinical veterinarian and also a skilled surgeon; I have had the opportunity to assist her on a few procedures and can honestly say I would not put my pets in anyone else's hands.
She also participates with the MSNAP spay/neuter assistance program.

Pros: gentle, attentive, knowledgable, easily available
