Convenient for Saturday pound pick ups

Dr. Berger has been kind enough to see dogs and cats rescued from the impound facility in Appomattox, even though they are not his patients. It is conveniently located on 460 and on my way home from Lynchburg. If I have an animal I have tranferred from the pound, he will give a rabies shot without an appointment being made days ahead of time. I appreciate that!
Pros: Close to the Appomattox pound
Cons: Pricey for rescue pets
