40 Years of Service

posted 6 years ago

I have taken my dogs to Dog and Cat Hospital since 1968. In all those years, through regular health exams to end-of-life, the staff have always been considerate, knowledgeable, and caring. The level of care has been excellent. When one of my dogs had a stroke at age 15, I was able to call the vet every morning over the weekend and the Christmas holidays to get an update on his progress. Remarkably, he made it through and enjoyed another 18 months of good health before he passed away. And when that happened, the vet cried along with me. There have been several dogs since that time, and even though some of the staff changed, the level of service has not.

Pros: Best in every way

Cons: None

Working With the Community

posted 7 years ago

The clinic works well with the rescue community and people trapping feral cats as part of TNR programs. There needs to be more education of receptionists dealing with these clients; however, overall they are a great group of people to deal with.

Pros: Helps Rescue Community

Cons: Confusion by Receptionists
