Understand my pets are my children

I've been taking my kitty and dog here for about 10 years. The practice has changed hands among vets in that time but has consisently delivered the most personal, friendly service I've received at an animal hospital. They show a real concern for my pet and patiently discuss any concern I have from behavior issues to adding furry family members.
Pros: Friendly staff, incredibly knowledgeable, small customer-oriented practice
Cons: Often running behind on appointments
