Hampden Lane Vets

posted 5 years ago

I've used Hampden Lane Vets now for 4 years and have always had a positive experience. I know many others who use them and are also happy and have been for decades.

Local Consumer Checkup rated these vets high on both quality and cost. I've always been impressed at how they keep the costs down.

My only complaint is sometimes with the front desk staff - something that rotates every couple of years. Sometimes they are super friendly and on the ball; other times they are not as friendly or helpful. However, I have never had a problem with anyone nor have I had needs unmet. Just fluctuations in the amounts of friendliness and engagement shown.

I do recommend Hampden Lane Vets and Dr. Mueller.

Pros: Good Prices, lots of experience

Cons: Not always the most attentive office staff
