Vca Animal Hospitals

I had to take one of my greyhounds there for a puncture wound that I couldn't get to stop bleeding. The vet tech was wonderful but I don't think the vet knew the first thing about greyhounds which really bother me. Then, I feel like I was made to feel guilty because I didn't pay the $700 they wanted to do all the things they wanted to do. I didn't feel these things were necessary so I said no. Then got the reasons these things would benefit my dog but still it's a lot of money and the bleeding had stopped.

I do like they are open 24 hours and some one is there in case of emergency but I feel the prices are ridicously high.

Pros: Open 24 hours for emergencies

Cons: Expensive
