Not sure if this will go through or not
[updated on 2013-01-01 23:34:14]:
My cat, "Stitch" was very sick and I called The Clinic and spoke to Kathy, who was wonderful on the phone. She said they were closing, but Doc told me to bring in Stitch anyway. Stitch's urinary tract was completely blocked and Doc said to go to the Emergency as soon as possible. They operated on Stitch and he is doing very well. Doc saved his life because he cared so much about my cat that he allowed me to come in at the end of his day. I have another cat that was losing weight not looking good. Even though nothing showed up on her blood word, he was able to figure out what was wrong. He even called me at home during the holiday to see how things were going. He is compassionate and really cares and it gives me a very secure feeling knowing this. I feel I can call anytime I have a question and I can be helped there without feeling like I am bothering anyone. I like the fact that there are only cats there...it is a relaxing place to wait. I would highly recommend Doc to anyone who wants excellent care and he is very fair with his prices.

If I could give 10 stars...

I got my appointment (sort of emergency) within a day of calling. My cat, Sausage, is probably the most vet-hating cat in the world; growling, hissing, swatting, and actual screaming (no pain, just irate). Doc and Kathy still made sure that he got a good exam, despite his fighting. I feel awful for how bad he was, but they didn't make me feel that way. They understood that he was just supermad and rolled with his punches. It's only been 24 hrs since his visit, but I already see improvement in the healing of his itchy, scratched open patch (food allergy, which I didn't know cats could have) with the medication. Also, Doc didn't want to immediately put him under and scrape the area for a biopsy. He assured me that a food allergy is very common and to try going back to his old food. He wanted to try that first before we went the more invasive route. He also assured me that either decision I MADE (very important to give me the choice: try medication and change food back to old or biopsy which would be way more invasive) would not be life threatening. Being a first-time pet owner of an animal other than a fish or hamster, I really didn't know what I was in for with the SauCat. I had to call them today because I was a bit confused about one of the meds. I quickly, and very nicely, got the answer I needed right away. I really just can't thank them all enough. Also, as noted in other reviews, the clinic is very, very clean which I also feel is extremely important. One more note, I would pay anything in the world for my cat, but they don't charge like they know that.
Pros: thorough and kind
