Buffalo Small Animal Veterinary Services

I'm not sure how to start this . . .

I was a customer and thought that the office was friendly and compassionate. However, I found that this was NOT the office where my sole surviving cat would be treated because of one incident that completely turned me off to the office.

I decided, thankfully, to leave work early and arrived home around 5:30 p.m. I spent maybe fifteen minutes with my cat, and then made a cup of tea. While I was in the kitchen he began eating his food. Suddenly, his back legs kicked out and he could not control his limbs. He collapsed on the floor and I immediately reacted with CPR. Within minutes we were in the car and traveling down Elmwood hoping to reach the Vet's office before it closed. When I arrived the employees were in the parking lot, I pleaded with tear filled eyes for help, advising that I think he's dying. At first, I was completely ignored and then advised "sorry we're closed". They continued to their cars, and I drove to the nearest clinic in Amherst. The drive took 20 minutes.

Needless to say, my little man died that night and my family members will never treat at that office again.

I HAVE USED BUFFALO SMALL ANIMAL FOR ALL MY PETS NEEDS FOR THE LAST 18YRS PLUS THEY ALSO TREAT REPTILES WHICH I WASN'T SURE IF THEY WOULD BUT WHEN I GOT IGGY I FOUND OUT THAT THEY DID WHICH MAKES MY LIFE A LOT EASIER THAT WAY I CAN GET ALL MY PETS NEEDS AT ONE PLACE AND WHEN YOU HAVE AN ANIMAL THAT PASSES AWAY THEY ARE REAL GREAT ABOUT IT AND SEND YOU A SYMPATHY CARD I JUST LOVE THEM AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITH AN ANIMAL
