I did call this vet several years ago during non-business hours and Dr. Neilans herself did answer the phone and was most helpful to my questions. Several friends of mine do go to Dr. Neilans and have recommended this vet to me highly. The distance from my home to this office would be too far to commute to, especially in an emergency.
Pros: A person I trust recommended Dr. Neilans to me
