JoAnn has been my vet since she started and I can honestly say that I trust her judgement and advice. She never rushes you through the barn visit, will take her time to explain things and encourages questions. She responds to emergencies very quickly, even in the middle of the night. Her facility in Elma has fulfilled a definite need in WNY.
Pros: Will always explain things and answer questions.

This equine practise is great, they take good care of my onstinate mini donks. Very caring and professional. Easy to get appointments when you need, they give you a reasonable time frame as to when they will arrive.
Very happy with them, they have been taking care of my donks for over 5 years now ..
