Transit Valley Animal Hospital

Transit Valley Animal Hospital has been our vet since we moved to Clarence Ctr more than 16 years ago. We have always received good service and care for our dogs and cats. One dog has required surgery for bladder stones and that went well.

Pros: Good service, not a long wait

My most recent visit was poor. A vet came in that we've never seen and who failed to introduce herself. Her eval. of our 9 year old dog was cursory. Only covered tick/flea meds, ear wash, and heartworm pills. All of which cost big $. I had to keep talking to get her to address his allergies which Dr. Budick has seen him for many times. She never asked me anything about his general health. Very disappointed.

Pros: Usually top notch

Cons: today's visit was awful
