Smithtown Village Animal Hospital

I needed to find a new vet ASAP as Dakota was unable to walk. I decided to take a chance here and I am so happy that I did. The Vet was very caring and knowledgeable. The staff wonderful and attentive. The Vet was right on with his diagnosis and Dakota was feeling like his old self within 2 days of his treatment. My father was even impressed with this service and is considering changing vets himself, even after being with his old vet for 30+ years and an extra 15 minute drive!! The price for the visit was very reasonable too.

Pros: honest, caring, reasonably priced

Cons: wish I would have found them sooner!

I have used this vet for the last three and one-half years and found them to be very competent. My vet, Dr. Stewart is just wonderful with my cocker spaniel. This is a challenge because he is very afarid of meeting people, but she was ameanable to meeting him first and establising a relationship with him. She is smart and doesn't push drug use down your throat if there is a better alternative.

Pros: kind, compassionate, flexible, open to alternatives to drug use if possible

Cons: none that I have experienced
