Dr. Winkler took such good care of my past cat Dumetri, especially when he developed kidney failure in the later years of his 17 year life. He showed me how to give the medication and was available for help when I needed it. He also helped me with the hard decision of needing to let go, and was supportive when Dumetri died the night before we were going to put him to sleep.
Then when we adopted a stray named Shadow, he helped me to accept the new cat even though I was still grieving over Dumetri.
Now we have Kevin, and Dr. Winkler has already seen him and says that he has alot of energy and will be good for Shadow.
He is always kind to my animals and treats me well too.

Pros: They always know us when we come in and have usefull solutions.

Cons: Since I work two different jobs, I have trouble scheduling an appointment on a busy day.
