Rosenfeld Irving Dr Veterinarian

I hate to say anything negative about people who do such wonderful work for our pets, but Dr. Rosenfeld is the reason I no longer use Commack Animal Hospital. The practice is extremely busy and everyone else, from the receptionists to the other vets handle it well. On several occasions he was just rude, which we tolerated, until one time not only was he rude, but didn't give our dog a chance to calm down after we explained he needed two minutes to settle. He didn't even greet our dog, just lifted his paw before before he even sat down, causing him to jump off balance. My dog wound up in a cage with a muzzle. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Pros: technically a good vet

Cons: impatient and rude
