I love how quickly the orders are delivered, but the main problem I have is that they have called me quite a few times to refill, even though I ordered a different brand the next time around. I ordered arthritis supplements for Brandy & I wanted to try different brands to see which works best for her. The calls happened only in the beginning, but I wish they had an option to request no calls (I haven't had any since that time). Other than that, it's a great service & highly recommended. In fact, I will go through them for my doggies' heartworm pills, because they really charge too much at the vet's.
