I have only brought my cats to see Dr. Helen Campbell - we LOVE her!!!! She is absolutely fantastic....caring, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, prefers looking at the whole picture (diet, home environment, habits) plus utiliziing necessary diagnostics rather than just running a ton of tests to make money.
She makes it a priority to explain all possibilities and then decides on a plan best suited for the pet.
All in all, she's WONDERFUL.
The techs are also very genuine people. As much as my cats are uncomfortable going to the vet's (who can blame them?) they have fared much better and are more at ease than in other hospitals I've been in.
Sometimes I have issues with the receiptionist's not paying attnetion (whether it's on the phone or in person). But that happens everywhere. As long as the techs and doctors are good, I'm happy and my cats are healthy.

Cons: receptionists didn't pay much attention

They are great with my very nervous weimaraner. She hates going there and everytime we go whichever vet we have takes the time to get down on the floor and calmly talk to Grace to let her know its ok.

It is always easy to get an appointment quick when needed. I've often been offered appointments the same day I call in sometimes within an hour of calling (even for thinks like vaccinations etc)!

Love the staff and the place.

My family has been taking our pets there since the early 80's.

Pros: quick service, helpful staff, overall great place

Cons: none that I can think of
